Ex-executive at IBM, Ericsson, Atos, Sony.

Co-founder of Green PRAXIS, former technology executive (IBM, Ericsson, Sony) and with experience in private equity, he uses his in-depth knowledge of information technology to serve the “Climate-Tech” agenda by creating virtuous business-environment ecosystems.

Jerome Di Giovanni

Doctorate in biology (INSERM, NIH) + MBA

After several very diverse experiences on several continents, he returned to France where he supported several biotechnology startups as a senior advisor on science, strategic business development and fundraising. In 2020, he also co-founded Ignite Social Impact, an American crowdfunding portal.

He trained at Cambridge and MIT, with Masters in Engineering and Media Science. With 30 years of experience in private and public technology companies in the United States and Europe, he has created and marketed both consumer and B2B products in the areas of office, enterprise and web.

Speciality : Fauna

He specializes in animal behavior and ecology. He obtained his master's degree at the University of Los Andes (Colombia), where he worked on the behavior of fish, amphibians and lizards. He completed his PhD at Macquarie University (Australia) studying the impact of climate change on lizard ecology. He has experience in data analysis, reforestation and environmental services.

Specialist in acoustics and vibrations, she has solid knowledge of wave theory, signal processing, measurements, modeling and programming. Her previous experiences have led her to work with various sound equipment. She seeks to develop solutions based on bioacoustic tools to preserve biodiversity.

Environmental engineer, holder of a doctorate in soil phytoremediation, he uses his skills to imitate nature and contribute to mitigating anthropogenic impacts: soil, air and water pollution, as well as the use of pesticides and fertilizers, in particular through the use of plants and micro-organisms present in the soil.

An engineering graduate from the Ecole Centrale de Lyon, she then completed a doctorate on new ultrasound imaging tools. Concerned by ecological crises, she turned towards environmental issues, she joined the Ministry of Justice as scientific advisor and project manager on questions relating to ecological transition and adaptation to climate change of the penitentiary institution French.

Annaël Barnes

PhD (Agro Institute, Montpellier). Specialty: Functional Ecology and Agronomic Sciences

An agronomist by training, she first specialized in the sustainable management of natural resources, then forests (Montpellier SupAgro). She then completed a thesis on the integration of ecosystem services in the ecological compensation of mining establishments in Central Asia. Today in charge of ecological research at Green Praxis, she mobilizes her expertise in the context of Nature-Based Solutions and the understanding of their impacts on the environment.

Kajetan Pyszkowski

Specialty: Computer Science

Graduating soon with a master’s degree in computer science from ETH Zurich, he has played a key role in developing and maintaining the backend infrastructure for Green PRAXIS’s applications. His responsibilities include initiating the infrastructure’s design, ensuring its continuous operation and adaptability to new challenges. With a solid foundation in computer science, he contributes significantly to the smooth functioning and scalability of the organization’s technological needs.

Paolo Milanesi, PhD

Specialty: Artificial Intelligence

Holding a doctorate in mathematics, he then did applied research in data science and deep learning at the University of Aix-Marseille. As part of the Green PRAXIS "blue" team, he is responsible for developing models to establish diagnoses on customer sites remotely and providing our team of ecologists with a spectrum of appropriate actions to implement in place.

He is a Data Scientist, holds a doctorate in computer science from Inria Sophia Antipolis, France. He has extensive experience managing and delivering projects globally in the areas of data science, machine learning and data analytics, as well as leading high-volume projects impact.

Roland Sireyjol

Engineer, CPE Lyon; specialty: artificial intelligence

He is an artificial intelligence engineer and computer vision specialist. He has 5 years of professional experience in Japan, both in research and in private companies. After publishing a few papers with his lab, he worked in industry and, with his team, led various projects from PoC to production.

Trained as a lawyer specialising in international and European law, he uses his expertise in the various areas of law to help Green Praxis keep abreast of current constraints and legislation, and anticipate future ones. He also is responsible for internal administrative and legal questions.

She is a work-study lawyer at Green PRAXIS (Master 2 Business Law - GESE, Aix-Marseille University). Her main mission concerns European and global regulations aimed at the publication of information regarding corporate sustainability.

Vanessa Rucine

HEC; specialty: marketing and business development.

She is in charge of the commercial development of Green Praxis. A graduate of HEC, she has more than 20 years of professional experience combining marketing and business development within companies of various sizes and sectors (Software, Consulting, Catering, etc.). She uses her know-how in commercial strategy and hunting to accelerate the development of Green Praxis.
